You stand for animal rights.
If a polar bear, a baby seal, or any other animal is in danger, you'll do anything you can to keep it safe. Since animals can't speak for themselves, they're lucky to have you speaking for them. Animal activists have many different focuses -- you could help out by encouraging vegetarianism, campaigning against clothing designers who use fur, or volunteering at an animal shelter to make life a little happier for homeless pets. If you're looking for a way to get more involved in this cause, check out Youth Noise, a website that lists lots of volunteer opportunities for young people.
I guess its true, but I'm not a vegeatarian. I just use cage-free eggs and I make sure I buy meat from humanly-run animal farms. |

You stand for getting healthy.
You're on a mission to help find a cure for all sorts of diseases, and until that happens, you'll work hard to make life better for people who are sick. You probably like participating in walk-a-thons, bike-a-thons, and any other event that involves collecting pledges and spreading awareness. If all-day exercise isn't your thing, volunteer to help out on the sidelines, or contact an organization you care about and ask them what else you can do to help. If you're looking for a way to get more involved in this cause, check out Youth Noise, a website that lists lots of volunteer opportunities for young people.
(Wouldn't go on a walk-a-thon if they paid me or collect money for anything.) Just because I said that I would like to search for cures or something like that. _________________ Don't cry if you have lost the sun. The tears won't permit you to see the stars. |

You stand for emotional support.
You seem like a sensitive, nonjudgmental person who knows how to sit quietly and listen when someone else needs to talk. You have qualities that could be calming and reassuring for people in distress, so you might make a good peer counselor or crisis hotline volunteer. I have a lot of people say that about me actually. I tend to ease tense situations I guess. |

| You believe every person on earth has certain basic rights, and you're on a mission to be sure those rights aren't taken away. For starters, you want to be sure everyone in your town and around the world has access to food, water, and shelter, and is treated fairly by other people. You'd probably feel good about working with an international relief organization or an anti-discrimination group.
