Start with a basic sentence like...
The hat covers his head.
The next person makes a new sentence using the second word of my sentence as the first word of theirs. For example:
Hats, bowlers particularly, are dashing.
The person after this does the same with the new sentence.
I'll start...
Cranberry muffins are delicious.
