I really love stories from England but early American too, around 1700's to 1800's. But I also like the 1800's though but the closer it gets to the 1900's I just lose interest. _________________ Don't cry if you have lost the sun. The tears won't permit you to see the stars. |

lol I was going to vote three times! It's hard to choose only one setting. _________________ Carol

That is what I was thinking. Hard to choose a setting because I really loved Charleston. _________________ Don't cry if you have lost the sun. The tears won't permit you to see the stars. |

| Depends on my mood but I would have to go England, Scotland, and Ireland. Also depends on what I'm reading. I've come across few romances that take place in other European countries other than Great Britain and Ireland, like France or Italy. There are some but not a lot. I don't mind the ones that take place in America, some of my favorite books do, but if I had to pick I'd go with Europe, just because it's more of an escape and I think Europe has a more "fairy tale" and "fantasy" feel to it. But if you've got a good story with good characters it could be anywhere and I'd probably like it. |
