Our Song - Taylor Swift
"Our song is the slamming screen door, sneakin' out late, tapping on your window..."
Your idea of romance is fresh air, a big grassy field, and running towards each other barefoot, anticipating a hug... or sharing a blanket under a clear night sky where you feel like every starry sparkle in the darkness was put there just for you. Real romance doesn't need limos -- with the right person, old T-shirts, torn jeans, and a handful of wildflowers are just as special as formalwear and a corsage. The best memories don't necessarily happen when you're all dressed up on the dance floor... they happen whenever and wherever the moment is right. |

Aaaaaaaaaaaaahh!
Forever Young - Alphaville
"Let us die young or let us live forever..."
This song is from 1984, but it's still good! It's perfect for the kind of night when you and your partner are the last ones on the dance floor, circling slowly in each other's arms after everyone else has gone home. You probably try to spend as much time as possible with the people you love -- you don't want the happy moments, the shared sunsets, or this amazing year to end. Even if every song, and every special night, has to end eventually, at least they'll stick around in your memory. No slowdance can last forever, but the good ones will be with you for a long, long time.
Quite close actually but the one that is really 'our' is More Than Words-Extreme |

Like You'll Never See Me Again - Alicia Keys
"Every time you hold me, hold me like this is the last time..."
When you slowdance, you feel like the music has slowed down to give you more time to appreciate your partner and the great time you're having together. You hate the thought that this moment end, so you get nostalgic for it even while it's happening. You're ready to make the most of every second you share with your dance partner, and the beat of this song seems to echo your partner's heartbeat. Although you know the dance will be over in a few minutes, you do your best to burn magical moments like this into your memory so they will always be a part of your life. _________________ Carol

Touch My Body - Mariah Carey
"This is private between you and I... Touch my body..."
Your slowdance song has as much heat as a secret make-out session. Even if you're still on the dance floor, you'll feel like you've slipped away from your friends and found the perfect dark corner where you can be alone together. This is a song about seduction, whether it's for real, or just in your head. When you're slowdancing, you want to feel your partner's warm breath in your ear, whispering flirty compliments. And like the lyrics say, you want your bodies to be touching -- even if it means a chaperone's about to tap you on the shoulder.
OK, these polls are not doing me correctly, because I most definitely did not pick any of the "seduction" choices. |

This really sounds like me!! Well at least it did. Like the sneakin' out late and the starry skies. _________________ Don't cry if you have lost the sun. The tears won't permit you to see the stars. |
