You are very assertive. Not too agressively, or passively. Just the right kind. You love to express your ideas to people, and overall you feel confident about yourself. Whenever a problem arises, you solve it in the right way.

I think this sounds like me although some of you may disagree. I wouldn't say "very assertive" though. Depends on my mood. Remember "assertive" is different than being "aggressive"

You're passively assertive. You have your own way of solving problems, and that is by going with the flow. That is, you just let people do what they're doing.

I agree, I'm not really agressive or competitive, but I'm not careless either. And if I see someone being disrespected, I can be very assertive.
